OPC Reception Options
Micro-receptions at OPC
Want to have a simple reception on the grounds at OPC? Through the addition of one of our Adders, couples can provide a simple dessert & champagne (or something similar) for their guests immediately before or after their ceremony. Adders are strictly for outdoors on the chapel grounds so fair weather months are ideal for this option! We are happy to discuss ideas for your outdoor micro-reception in the OPC gardens!
Receptions at SMILE Station
Oaks Pioneer Church is operated by SMILE, the local nonprofit neighborhood association. SMILE also owns and operates The SMILE Station, which is located about 6 blocks from OPC and is a lovely spot for a reception after your wedding ceremony at OPC. With a full industrial kitchen, two restrooms, tables, chairs, a fireplace, piano and other great options, it pairs perfectly with your OPC wedding ceremony!
Sweet & Simple Adder for Elopements
(Parties of 15 total persons or less)
Option 1 – Elopement
Sparkling Beverages & Cupcakes DIY*
$400 (Elopement)
- *Beverages and food are not supplied
- Includes one additional hour rental to existing reservation.
- Ground’s usage fee
- For parties of up to 15 total persons
- Includes one 48″ round display table with linen
- Canopy can be provided in the event of inclement weather for an additional cost
- A Special Event (Day of Event) Insurance Policy is required
- Client responsible for set up and clean up
- Outdoor ONLY. No food or beverages are allowed indoors at Oaks Pioneer Chapel
Option 2 – Elopement
Sparkling Beverages & Cupcakes Provided by OPC
$1000 (Elopement)
- Includes one additional hour rental to existing reservation.
- Ground’s usage fee
- For parties of up to 15 total persons
- Includes one 48″ round display table with linen
- One seasonal floral arrangement for the table
- 15 delicious and locally baked wedding cupcakes of your choice of flavor arranged and displayed.
- 3 bottles of sparkling beverage (mid tier) with glass flutes
- Napkins
- Set up, tear down and trash removal included
- Canopy can be provided in the event of inclement weather for an additional cost
- A Special Event (Day of Event) Insurance Policy is required
