Oaks Pioneer Church has been a beautiful and affordable Portland wedding venue for decades. Listed here are the rental rates for weddings. Other types of events; memorials, concerts, etc. may have different rates depending on the nature of the event. Our wedding rental rates are based upon the time, building & grounds wear, and staff requirements specific to weddings. Vow renewals are billed as weddings or elopements based on guest count.
Beginning January 1, 2025 our pricing to changed to one simple flat rate for all seasons and all days (excluding holidays).

Just 6 blocks from OPC is our sister property, the SMILE Station. Originally the community’s first fire station, this little community was clompletely remodeled in March of 2024 and perfect for intimated wedding receptions.

GENERAL WEDDING RENTAL INFORMATION
- All 3 hour rentals INCLUDE a one hour weekday (Monday-Thursday) rehearsal rental.
- There are no deposits to hold dates. When you are ready to book, your rental fees are due.
- All rental fees are non-refundable.
- Reseervation dates and ties can be changed depending on availability.
- Rates apply to weddings including 16-75 guests (parties of 15 or less qualify for Elopement pricing).
- Rental process is entirely online making it safe and convenient.
- An additional fee of $100 is required for all reservations that fall on National or commonly observed holidays.
