WEDDING RENTAL RATES
Oaks Pioneer Church has been a beautiful and affordable Portland wedding venue for decades. Listed here are the rental rates for weddings. Other types of events; memorials, concerts, etc. may have different rates depending on the nature of the event. Our wedding rental rates are based upon the time, building & grounds wear, and staff requirements specific to weddings.
HIGH SEASON – (May – October)
Saturdays – $1,250
Fridays & Sundays – $1100
Monday-Thursday – $1000
LOW SEASON – (November – April)
Saturdays – $1000
Fridays & Sundays – $950
Monday-Thursday – $900
SWEET & SIMPLE ADDER – OPTION 1

Let your guests mingle and toast the happy couple by including the Sweet & Simple Addition with your elopement reservation! This allows you to provide a simple dessert and a sparkling beverage or non-alcoholic toast in the chapel gardens for your guests and includes…
- An additional hour rental
- Ground’s usage fee
- One or two (depending on guest count) display table(s) with white linen(s)
- Renter responsible for set up and cleanup
*Renter provides cupcakes and champagne
*Tent available at an additional fee
*SMILE Station will host rainy season adder (ask for details)

Same as OPTION 1 but includes…
- An additional hour rental
- Grounds usage fee
- One or two (depending on guest count) display table(s) with white linen(s)
- One seasonal floral arrangement for the table
- Delicious and locally baked wedding cupcakes of your choice of flavor arranged and displayed
- Sparkling beverage (mid tier) with glass flutes
- Napkins
- Set up, tear down and trash removal included

Adders
GENERAL WEDDING RENTAL INFORMATION
- All 3 hour rentals INCLUDE a one hour weekday (Monday-Thursday) rehearsal rental. (Not Required)
- All rental fees are non-refundable.
- Rates apply to weddings including 16-75 guests (parties of 15 or less qualify for Elopement pricing).
- There are no “Hold” deposits. When you wish to secure your date, all fees are due.
- Rental process is entirely online making it safe and convenient.
- Please consider adding to your budget a thoughtful gratuity for our Event Host who will be working hard to make your day perfect!
- An additional fee of $100 is required for all reservations that fall on National or commonly observed holidays.
