GENERAL RENTAL RATES – MEMORIALS, CONCERTS, FILMS, PRIVATE FUNCTIONS.
Oaks Pioneer Church is the backdrop to many different types of events; memorials, concerts, etc. throughout each year. We may be able to provide different rates depending on the nature of the event.
MAY – OCTOBER
Weekends: $600 / 2 hour minimum
$225 / additional hours
Weekdays: $550 / 2 hour minimum
$200 / additional hours
NOVEMBER – APRIL
Weekends: $550 / 2 hour minimum
$200 / additional hours
Weekdays: $500 / 2 hour minimum
$150 / additional hours
GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION
- All rentals require a 2 hour minimum.
- There are no “Hold” deposits. When you wish to secure your date, all fees are due.
- Events may require a refundable $250 security deposit due 5 business prior to the scheduled event.
- All rental fees are non-refundable
- Please consider adding to your budget a thoughtful gratuity for our Event Host who will be working hard to make your day perfect!
- An additional fee of $100 is required for all reservations that fall on National or commonly observed holidays.
