GENERAL RENTAL RATES – MEMORIALS, CONCERTS, FILMS, PRIVATE FUNCTIONS.

Oaks Pioneer Church is the backdrop to many different types of events; memorials, concerts, etc. throughout each year. We may be able to provide different rates depending on the nature of the event. 

MAY – OCTOBER

$600 first 2 hours (2 hr min.)
$250 / additional hours

NOVEMBER – APRIL

$500 first 2 hours (2 hr min.)
$200 / additional hours

GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

  • All rentals require a 2 hour minimum.
  • There are no “Hold” deposits. When you wish to secure your date, all fees are due.
  • Events may require a refundable $250 security deposit due 5 business prior to the scheduled event.
  • All rental fees are non-refundable
  • Please consider adding to your budget a thoughtful gratuity for our Event Host who will be working hard to make your day perfect!
  • An additional fee of $100 is required for all reservations that fall on National or commonly observed holidays.
