PHOTOGRAPHY RENTAL RATES – PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL PHOTO SHOOTS

Oaks Pioneer Church receives frequent requests from photographers and families to have photos taken here in the Chapel. In an effort to make that attainable and affordable, we have created a special rate for these clients.

MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY

$250 for 1 hour or $300 for 1.5 hours

RATE DETAILS:

• You may add more time in 30 minute increments. Please inquire about that rate.
• Rate is only available Monday- Thursdays.
• Maximum number of persons allowed is 6.
• This reservation provides private use of the grounds and the chapel for the duration of the rental period.
• There are no “Hold” deposits. When you wish to secure your date, all fees are due.
• If large equipment including booms and/or other large lighting structures are brought in, management must be notified in advance and a security/damage deposit of $250 will be required.
• This rate does not apply to video or film shoots. Please inquire about that rate.
• All rental fees are non-refundable however, we will reschedule your time if you can provide at least 48 hours advance notice.
• An additional fee of $100 is required for all reservations that fall on National or commonly observed holidays.
