Sweet & Simple Adder for Elopements
(Parties of 15 total persons or less)
Option 1 – Elopement
Sparkling Beverages & Cupcakes DIY*
$400 (Elopement)
- *Beverages and food are not supplied
- Includes one additional hour rental to existing reservation.
- Ground’s usage fee
- For parties of up to 15 total persons
- Includes one 48″ round display table with linen
- Canopy can be provided in the event of inclement weather for an additional cost
- A Special Event (Day of Event) Insurance Policy is required
- Client responsible for set up and clean up
- Outdoor ONLY. No food or beverages are allowed indoors at Oaks Pioneer Chapel
Option 2 – Elopement
Sparkling Beverages & Cupcakes Provided by OPC
$1000 (Elopement)
- Includes one additional hour rental to existing reservation.
- Ground’s usage fee
- For parties of up to 15 total persons
- Includes one 48″ round display table with linen
- One seasonal floral arrangement for the table
- 15 delicious and locally baked wedding cupcakes of your choice of flavor arranged and displayed.
- 3 bottles of sparkling beverage (mid tier) with glass flutes
- Napkins
- Set up, tear down and trash removal included
- Canopy can be provided in the event of inclement weather for an additional cost
- A Special Event (Day of Event) Insurance Policy is required
